What the site records

alvarispers.com is a static website. It sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from the site's own address.

Requesting a page leaves a standard entry in the web server log: the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser's user agent string. Server logs are kept for 60 days for security and capacity monitoring and then deleted.

Email enquiries

Messages sent to [email protected], including floor plans and budget figures, are stored in the studio's mailbox for as long as the enquiry or project is active and for up to two years afterwards for reference. They are not shared with third parties except contractors and suppliers engaged for your project, and only with your agreement.

Your rights

You can ask what the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent for a project-related transfer by writing to [email protected].
